STEPHANIE BREITBARD | Founder and Co-Owner

Stephanie Breitbard founded Simon Breitbard Fine Arts in 2007.  Prior to working in the art world, Stephanie enjoyed a 7-year career in fashion, working as an apparel buyer for Banana Republic in San Francisco, and 5 years in consumer products brand management with Nestlé Chocolate in Los Angeles.  Stephanie received an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1998 and a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of Business in 1992.  Stephanie is the co-chair of Private Collections, an event every Spring where San Francisco’s top collectors open their homes to the public to raise funds for the non-profit, Enterprise for High School Students.

Evie Simon has been with SBFA since 2010.  Evie is on the Board of Headlands Center for the Arts and has co-charied their annual auction for three years, is on the Friends of New Art (FONA) committee at the DeYoung Museum, and the Encore Board of the Marin Theatre Company.  Her professional background includes work in the non-profit sector as well as illustration. Evie received her BA from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

SVEA LIN SOLL | Art Consultant

Svea Lin Soll owned and directed Swarm Gallery (Oakland) from 2006-2013, and focused her career on representing artists and curating exhibitions. Prior to that she was the exhibition and program director at Pro Arts (Oakland) and in various departments of SFMOMA, Oakland Museum of California, and the Smithsonian in DC. Svea has served on panels at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts (SF) and Headlands Center for the Arts (Sausalito), where she is currently a Committee Member for the organization's annual Benefit Art Auction. She was a board member on the Alameda County Arts Commission and San Francisco Art Dealers Association, and holds a Masters in Museum Studies from John F. Kennedy University. Svea has been a team member of SBFA since 2013.

Tinsley Hutson-Wiley started her interior design firm in 2007 after pursuing a degree at the Academy of Art University and working at a notable San Francisco design firm for several years. As an interior designer, she frequently purchased art for her clients’ residences and the San Francisco Decorator Showcase House and enjoyed the process from discovery to installation. Her work has been published in local and national publications. Tinsley also has an undergraduate degree in systems engineering and environmental science from the University of Virginia and worked in technical education and sales for several large software companies in the District of Columbia, New York, London, and San Francisco. She joined SBFA as an art consultant in October 2015. She volunteers her time and energy to Kiddo!, the Mill Valley community foundation for arts in public schools and serves as an advocate for Raphael House, a shelter for families in need.

MONIKA PEREZ | Assistant, Inventory Coordinator

Monika Perez has been with SBFA since 2013, overseeing inventory management and coordinating client services. Originally from Poland, Monika is multi-lingual and has a background in child care management and administration.

Erin Shippey provides financial and accounting support for all locations of SBFA. Formerly a CPA, she has a BA in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara and a Masters in Business from USC.

JOJO RHEE | San Francisco Assistant

JoJo Rhee has been with SBFA since 2017, overseeing gallery operations and assisting with inventory management and client services. Prior to joining the gallery, she spent over 10 years as a graphic designer and art director at notable design firms in New York City and San Francisco. JoJo received her BA from Harvard University.

KIM BROWN | Menlo Park Assistant

Kim Brown joined the SBFA team with the opening of the Menlo Park Gallery in 2019. Prior to SBFA, Kim worked in merchandising for 15+ years with innovative retailers such as Design Within Reach, Walmart.com and The RealReal. She graduated from the University of California in Santa Barbara with a BA in Art History and Psychology.
